• Lookup Functionality: Enables users to look up employees, projects, centers, and specify shift details, such as start and end times.
• Status Tracking: Captures the current status of the employee assignment.

Assessment and Feedback

• Assessment Form: Facilitates the input of assessment-related information, including assessor role, assessee, review period, assessment type, related assessment, feedback type, rating, assessed by, assessment date, and comments.
• Comprehensive Assessment Data: Allows for detailed assessment records and feedback.
